Wide-Bandgap semiconductor (GaN and SiC) power/RF device technology, smart driver and interface ICs for GaN and SiC power switches, design and advanced packaging of power modules with high-efficiency and high power-density power
Latest Recruiting: we are recruiting postgraduate students (PhD), postdocs and research assistant professors to develop new power electronics topologies and control techniques to increase power density and efficiency in emerging system applications (such as AI data centers) driven by wide-bandgap semiconductors and advanced passive components, which will be validated in high performance hardware prototypes.
